A delegation from the Asharqia Chamber visits the (Efaa) Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled
Yesterday, Sunday, June 13, 2021, a delegation from the Asharqia Chamber and businessmen of the region visited the Efaa Association for the Care and Rehabilitation of the Disabled in Eastern Province, with the aim of getting acquainted with the services provided by the association to people with disabilities.
The delegation was headed by the Chamber’s Chairman, Abdul-Hakim bin Hamad Al-Ammar Al-Khalidi, and included Vice President Badr Al-Raziza, members of the Board of Directors Najib Al-Sihati, Badr Al-Abdulkarim, Secretary-General Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al-Wabil, and businessmen Rami Al-Turki, Fawaz Al-Khudari, and Abdulmohsen Al-Ajaji.
The delegation, accompanied by the Chairman of the Society’s Board of Directors, Eng. Khaled Al-Zamil, and the General Manager of the Society, Rana Taiba, and a number of the Society’s members, toured the various sections of the Society and learned about the services it provides to beneficiaries in the centers for orthotics and limbs, medical rehabilitation, and daycare, whether for females or males. On the Society's achievements in serving people with disabilities, as well as reviewing the work dynamics.
Al-Khalidi said that the visit resulted in great knowledge of an association that is one of the most important charities in the eastern region, with its distinguished services for people with disabilities, pointing to the importance of community support and the business sector's support for the charitable sector, which comes as one of the pillars of the Kingdom's vision 2030, hoping that Efaa will continue to achieve Its desired goals, and to be a role model in giving and making faces smile, and to be a message that motivates more contributions to serve the people of this generous country, highly appreciating the benevolent contributions made by businessmen, whether in managing or supporting this association.
